According to the Companies Act (Chapter 50) (Companies Limited by Guarantee) Registration

Article 1: The meaning of these regulations must be in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, and the terms used shall be interpreted in accordance with the meaning of that Act.

Article 2: The Singapore Puxian (HingHwa) Network is hereby named "the Association."

Members

Article 3: The individuals who were part of the association's preparation and approved by the council become members without the need to pay membership fees.

Membership Eligibility

Article 4: Individuals aged 18 and above, who are Singapore citizens, permanent residents, or hold a valid long-term pass and identify with the objectives of the association, and are willing to abide by the constitution and rules set by the association, can apply to become members.
